  • Clear Brite Dip – decorative finish with silver appearance – up to 21-foot lengths.

  • Gold Brite Dip – decorative finish with brass appearance – up to 21-foot lengths.

  • Hard Coat Aluminum Anodizing – Type III, class 1 and 2 – up to .002″ thickness and 20-foot lengths.

Painting

  • Chromate conversion coatings – clear and yellow- mill specifications- paint preparatory finishes.

  • Regular and electrostatic painted finishes – including polyester and acrylic finishes.

  • Kynar – high-performance finish for exterior applications in polyester, epoxies, hybrids, and polyurethanes.

  • Silk screening – custom screen-printing to include your company’s name or logo and complete your part.

Polyesters (TGIC free) – TGIC free polyester-based powder coatings are designed for the exterior environment, offering excellent light and weather resistance from a single coat finish on a variety of substrates. The enhanced heat resistance makes them ideal for use where color retention on surfaces exposed to continuous heat is required.

EpoxiesEpoxy-based powder coatings are designed to give optimum mechanical performance and exceptional protective qualities on fabrications and components where long-term exposure to ultraviolet light or exterior weathering is not anticipated.

Epoxy/polyesters (hybrids)Epoxy/polyester hybrid powder coatings offer improved color, ultraviolet light and heat stability when compared to pure epoxies. They maintain an optimum combination of decorative and protective qualities.

PolyurethanesThermosetting polyurethane powder will provide excellent corrosion resistance and flexibility properties with good gloss and color retention when subjected to outdoor weathering conditions.
