Machining

CNC

  • All vertical mills with probing systems and rigid tapping. Tolerances vary with features

  • RPMs from 8,000 max to 15,000 max.

  • X, Y, Z travels from 28",15",15" up to 145",85",24"

  • Thru spindle coolant and full 4th axis capabilities

  • Typical tolerances are +/-.010" datum to feature and +/-.005" feature to feature. Can hold tighter depending on feature/design, but may also need a wider tolerance due to extrusion.

 

Drill Press

  • Radial arm down to tabletop

  • Tapping Heads and wide range of hole size capabilities

  • Ability to design and build custom pneumatic drill tables

 

Manual Mill

  • Tapping heads, Boring Heads, Manual rotary plate.

  • Typical tolerances are +/-.010" datum to feature and +/-.005" feature to feature. Can hold tighter depending on features/design but may also need a wider tolerance due to extrusion.

Pem Press

  • Ram force up to 8'000 lbs. Up to 1/2" dia. pem and up to 3/8" thick material.

 

Punch Press

  • Brake and stamping presses from 30 ton up to 225 ton with beds from 12" wide up to 150" wide and 20" deep.
