Sorry it has taken me so long to get you feedback on our job’s results, but I have been out of the country for a couple weeks.

I just wanted to thank you and your people for meeting our delivery requirements with a great quality product.

Greg McCullough and Don Hartman were very helpful, responsive and good.

The products we received were of nice quality and the only problems were due to lack of tuning time available (I was able to tweak them in a press). 

The larger piece actually worked quite well, but for the weight being higher that desired (as expected).

I am going to talk to Don and Greg McCullough on this topic, but we have been playing phone tag.

Our customer is extremely enthusiastic over the prototypes and their demo was a great success.

Their big concerns going forward are the need to make the box lighter and less expensive. 

That is where I am right now and will contact you at the next phase.
